1:1 COACHING AGREEMENT

Terms

This agreement will begin upon acceptance and will continue until the agreed upon end date.

Services

Heather Shriver Burns agrees to coaching. Client agrees to abide by all policies and procedures as outlined in this agreement as a condition of their participation in the program.
Payment/Refunds

Client grants Heather Shriver Burns the authority to charge Client's debit or credit card. Client is responsible for full payment of Program. To further clarify, no refunds will be issued.

As a certified Christian Life Coach, I don't believe in "get rich" programs or new age practices. I believe in deep heart-set and mindset transformational work to help you serve others with excellence. Confidentiality:

Coach promises that all information provided by Client will be kept strictly confidential, as permissible by law and with the exception of feedback given by Client to Coach regarding services rendered or for podcast use if permitted by client. By entering into this agreement Client consents to its name, voice, likeness and any written or verbal testimonials being used by Company for future marketing materials and further goods/services provided by Company, without compensation to or approval from the Client.

Calls

Coach will be emotionally, physically, and spiritually present on all calls except in the case of unforeseen illness or emergency. If client needs to reschedule a call, Client agrees to notify Coach within 72 hours of the call, with the exception of illness or emergency. Client also understands that any/all scheduled calls and/or other benefits expire at the end of the Term of this Program and will not be carried over after contract.

Coaching Relationship

Coaching is most effective when both parties are honest and straightforward in their communication.

Throughout the Program, the Coach will engage in direct and personal conversations with the Client. The Client can count on the Coach to be honest and straightforward in asking questions and making requests. If the Client believes the Coach is not working as desired, Client will communicate that belief and take action to return the power to the coaching relationship. I want to meet you where you are and help you get you to where God wants you to go. With that, communication is key from both parties. Termination

Heather Shriver Burns is committed to providing Client with a positive Program experience. By signing below, Client agrees that the Coach may, as its sole discretion, terminate this agreement and limit, suspend, or terminate services without refund or forgiveness of monthly payments if Client becomes disruptive, a danger in any way, or upon violation of the terms. If Client decides to terminate this agreement, no refunds will be issued.

Client Responsibility

NO GUARANTEES. Client accepts and agrees that Client is 100% responsible for its progress and results from the Program. Heather Shriver Burns will guide Client and pray for client. However, honesty with yourself and God along with participation is the one vital element to the Client's success that relies solely on the Client. Heather Shriver Burns makes no representations, warranties, or guarantees verbally or in writing regarding Client's performance. Client understands that because of the nature of the Program and extent, the results may significantly vary. By signing below, Client acknowledges that there is an inherent risk of loss of capital and there is no guarantee that participants will reach their goals as a result of participation in the Program and Heather Shriver Burns comments about the outcome are expressions of opinion only.
