PRIVATEĀ COACHING AGREEMENT WITH HEATHER SHRIVER BURNS LLC
When you signed up, you agreed to the Terms & Conditions. Please sign and date below. Here is a copy of what those were:
1. Acceptance of Terms
By enrolling in this 1:1 private coaching container, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
1.1 Coaching Services
1.1.a The services to be provided by Heather Shriver Burns ("Coach") are personal and/or business coaching. These services do not constitute therapy, medical advice, or counseling. Coaching may explore professional strategy, personal leadership, emotional growth, and/or spiritual development. You acknowledge that coaching is not a substitute for mental health care and that the Coach is not functioning as a licensed mental health professional.
1.1.b The Coach may use various modalities, including biblical principles, Holy Spirit-led guidance, mindset, nervous system, trauma-informed tools, and business strategy. The Client agrees to participate with an open mind and understands that no specific outcomes are guaranteed.
1.1.c Coaching is a collaborative process. The Coach may assist with reflection, goal-setting, spiritual growth, decision-making, and accountability. Results vary based on the Clientā€™s commitment and application.
2. Registration & Payment
2.1 To confirm your spot in the 1:1 private coaching container, you must complete registration and submit payment through the approved method.
2.2 Payment plans may be available, but all fees must be paid in full as agreed at the time of sign-up. Pricing details are communicated during the sales process.
2.3 Your investment is non-refundable, regardless of whether you attend or complete the coaching container.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
3.1 Due to the personal nature of this coaching and the time set aside for you, no refunds will be issued for cancellations, reschedules, or unused sessions.
3.2 If you must reschedule a session, 24-hour notice is required. Missed sessions without proper notice may be forfeited.
4. Access and Communication
4.1 Coaching sessions will be conducted virtually unless otherwise arranged. Any agreed-upon Voxer, email, or message support between sessions must be used responsibly and within the boundaries defined during onboarding. Voxer access M-Th 9-5. Coach is committed to responding within 24hrs, excluding weekends.
4.2 You will receive access to any included resources, tools, or PDFs via email or your client portal (if applicable).
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 All materials, methods, and content shared by the Coach are proprietary to HEATHER SHRIVER BURNS LLC and may not be shared, replicated, or distributed.
5.2 Recordings (if applicable) are for your private use only.
6. Code of Conduct
6.1 Coaching is a safe space. You agree to show up with honesty, integrity, and mutual respect.
6.2 Any disrespectful, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior may result in the termination of the coaching relationship with no refund.
7. Technical Responsibility
7.1 You are responsible for having the appropriate technology to attend sessions via Zoom or another platform. The Coach is not responsible for technical issues on the Clientā€™s end.
8. Changes or Rescheduling
8.1 The Coach reserves the right to reschedule a session if an emergency arises and will provide as much notice as possible.
8.2 The Coach may make changes to the coaching structure or support schedule, and you will be notified in advance.
9. Confidentiality
9.1 All personal information shared in coaching is kept confidential. The Coach will not disclose any Client information without written consent, unless required by law.
9.2 Likewise, the Client agrees to keep any proprietary strategies or content shared by the Coach confidential.
10. Testimonial and Content Release
10.1 Client agrees that Coach may use anonymized excerpts, written or verbal testimonials, and screenshots for marketing and promotional purposes.
10.2 This may include use on social media, websites, podcast, or other materials.Ā
10.3 Coach agrees to omit or redact identifying personal information (such as name, face, contact details) to maintain Client's privacy and confidentiality, unless separate written consent is provided.
11. Governing Law
Tis Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, and any disputes shall be resolved in a Pennsylvania court of law.
12. Acknowledgment
By signing below, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these terms and understand the nature and limitations of coaching with Heather Shriver Burns.
