1. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in this product, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with registration.

1.1 Product & Service
1.1.a The services to be provided by the Coach to the Client are business coaching, which is not medical advice, therapy, or counselling. Coaching topics may address specific personal projects, business, or general conditions in the Client’s life or profession. Client is aware that Coach does not solve medical issues nor treat disease and is therefore not a replacement for client’s therapist or physician. If Client is presently under any form of psychiatric care or specialized medical supervision, Client is to inform Coach prior to working together. 

1.1.b Coach will employ a range of methodologies. Client agrees to be open minded and partake in methods proposed. Client understands that Coach makes no guarantees as to the outcome of coaching sessions, The Seek First CEO Mastermind, any Group Coaching, or Program. Coaching may include establishing goals, identifying resources, identifying roadblocks, creating action plans, strategizing, providing models, examples, and in-the-moment skills training.

2. Registration and Payment

2.1 To register for the offer, you must complete the online registration form and submit payment through our secure payment gateway.

2.2 Payment is required at the time of registration to secure your spot in the offer.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

3.1 Due to the digital nature of the product, no refunds will be issued for any reason specifically: cancellations or non-attendance 

4. Course Access

4.1 Upon successful registration and payment, participants will receive access details for the offer.

4.2 Access to course materials is provided solely for the registered participant and may not be shared, reproduced, or distributed.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 All materials provided in the offer, including but not limited to videos, documents, and presentations, are the intellectual property of HEATHER SHRIVER BURNS LLC .

5.2 Participants may not use, reproduce, or distribute any course materials without explicit written consent from HEATHER SHRIVER BURNS LLC .

6. Code of Conduct

6.1 Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner throughout the live calls (if any).

6.2 Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in the immediate removal of the participant from the offer without a refund.

7. Technical Requirements

7.1 Participants are responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary technology and internet connectivity to access the offer.

7.2 HEATHER SHRIVER BURNS LLC  is not responsible for technical issues on the participant's end.

8. Changes to the Offer

8.1 HEATHER SHRIVER BURNS LLC  reserves the right to make changes to the offer schedule, content, or instructors if necessary.

8.2 Participants will be notified in advance of any significant changes.

9. Confidentiality
9.1 By participating in this group coaching program, you agree to uphold the principles of respect, integrity, and confidentiality within the group setting. All shared experiences, personal insights, and discussions are to remain private and are not to be disclosed outside the group. Each participant is responsible for their own progress and results, as coaching provides guidance and support but does not guarantee specific outcomes. Mutual respect and a positive, supportive environment are essential for the success of this program. By joining, you acknowledge and accept these terms.

9.2 HEATHER SHRIVER BURNS LLC will not be responsible for any unauthorized sharing of confidential information.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Pennsylvania. Any disputes arising from or related to this agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pennsylvania, USA.
